Dyeing is a crucial process in textile manufacturing that involves imparting colour to textiles. We at Bir Horizons Specialise in dyeing with our state-of-the-art Jet dyeing machinery. To minimise the manual errors and to maintain international levels of quality, our dyeing machinery is incorporated with fully automated panels that can be monitored by our team. Our plant is well equipped with an excellent facility for dyeing fabrics, we succeed in providing a vibrant touch with infinite shades of colours.
Our machines are capable to deliver high-speed and an efficient printing technique that allows for the production of large volumes of printed fabric with intricate and detailed designs. Possessing spectacular skills, expertise and facilities for undertaking rotary printing. We are equipped with 2 of the 12 colour Rotary Printing, 1 Baby rotary, Flatbed machines, all to provide the client with Digital Print- like quality through our technical expertise and state of the art machinery.
Apart from open width chemical finishes, here we provide you with choices of mechanical finishes as well. To start off with, we have in-house brushing and raising machines which provide a soft, fluffy and a textured look to the fabric. The quality standard can be set to meet client’s needs and the fabric can be treated accordingly. Our plant has an in-house Lafer machine, one of the leading brands in mechanical finishing of textiles such as brushing/raising. The mechatronics of the machine are unique and integrated with an exclusive operating software for a very precise control of the fabric tension and raising action. These controls lead to significantly higher production speeds compared to any other machinery
Another type of mechanical finish includes Sueding of fabrics which create a suede-like or velvet-like finish on fabrics. The process involves abrading the fabric surface to raise the fibers and create a soft, fuzzy texture similar to that of suede leather. With advanced and technologically well updated sueding machine in place, we succeed in undertaking the process of sueding. We have an in-house Mario Costa machine which is used for the process of sueding, and ensures to deliver the finest quality.
